Calling all Jersey Muslim creatives! The Muslim Network invites you to submit your original works to our monthly NJ Muslim Community Newsletter! Each newsletter aims to uplift and highlight the meaningful work by the NJ Muslim Community. This includes featuring our community’s diverse voices in the form of articles, op-eds, artwork, photography, poetry, and more! 

You can submit your work throughout the month by completing the form below. If your piece is selected, you will receive an email informing you which month your work will be featured.

Submission Guidelines for written pieces

All written submissions, including but not limited to poetry, news articles, opinion pieces, etc. must comply with the following guidelines: 

Written submissions must:

• be original and unpublished elsewhere 

• Not express clear political biases or favor toward a specific political party or political candidate

• Relate to New Jersey Muslims 

• Include a relevant photo (free photo from the internet is fine) and NOT exceed 700 words.

• Be submitted in Word Document format

Submission Guidelines for Artwork, Photography and other non-written pieces

•  Must be original and unpublished elsewhere

• JPG files only

• Please do not include borders or watermarks

• Include a title or brief corresponding caption, if necessary
