ABOUT OUR VOLUNTEER STRUCTURE
TMN is a volunteer-run organization. The majority of our team members are volunteers, which means volunteering with TMN is a deep-dive into the funs of community organizing and strategy. We are vibrant, enthusiastic, diverse, and committed to driving positive social change in our communities (catch us in our vibes to the right).
Our volunteer roles require community organizers who are committed, professional, skilled, and looking to contribute their talent for the long-run. Volunteer roles are permanent and require 3-4 hours of commitment per week. This commitment includes attendance on biweekly calls (for 1-2 hours) and monthly TMN events.
